This is ridiculous for your answer. We try every effort to make the shipment timely, but finally you advised that you did not promise shipment released? The test report sent you yesterday 11:25 am is based on your requested at 11:20. I am not the right people to judge for the standard of time accuracy and how to confirm you that this is meet your company standard? Please advise whether the goods can be released now?
