0This is not again to ship the goods to the wrong destination, but is the wrong consignee's information provided to the forwarder, and need provide them a letter for the revision. Seems she is quite much careless mistake in prepare the shipment and did not aware the seriousness. I will talk with her later and try to monitor closely with her work to less the fault.
