Question

U2 has got one song "Window in the skies"- isn`t word sky uncountable? Why then "skies"(like plural)?

that means- people use that word when they`re writting songs. It` s not the standard, regular is sky, but in the poetry people prefer- skies, because of the ryhme and so on
