Help!!!

Would it have been (he, him) who scored the winning goal?

I can never tell which one to use.

Also: Is money a concrete noun, or could it be collective?

He acts (like,as) he did in the 3rd grade.

Thanks!!!

"Money" is an uncountable: "Money is very important nowadays". You can use with "the" if it's defined "i can pay you back the money you lent me last year".

I'd say "he acts like he did in the 3rd grade", = in the same way.
