Letter Writing

help :(( :((:((

0 Hi all ! 02br
00 This is the first time I join in this forum , it's really interesting . I'm Vietnamese , now I'm leaving in Singapore . 02br
00 When I apply for a Visa to go to Switzeland for my study , The Embassy of Switzerland in Singapore require me to write "a letter entailing Study Plan " during the time I stay in Switzeland . I do not know how to do .How to start a letter and how to state the body of the letter , eveything .Because I have never had this situation before . I hope you will help me and guide me how to write ,and help me to arrange the main ideas. Thanks for all . 0-

0 Hi Zen, and welcome to the forum 02br 00I'll try to give you some hints for your letter 02br 00First of all, is it a letter adressed to someone in particular? 02br 00I think you should start the letter by giving a quick description of yourself (who you are, your age, where you live), then explain what you have studied in your country before. then you can carry on by stating what you want to study in Switzeland.

  • And finally, an important part, give the reasons that have pushed you to decide to go in Switzerland for your studies: why switzerland?
  • does it offer a better education in the area you're in than the education you can find in your own country?

0 Hi Zen 02br
00no, you don't need to specify your classes hours. What I meant is that you should state your main area of study and describe it quickly. 02br
00Anyway, when you're done writing it, you can post your letter here and we can have a look at it.. 0-
