Both sentences would be ok, in different contexts:

1.

{Mobile rings}
'Hello? MrPedantic! Hey! We're all here waiting for you at Maj's bar. What's keeping you?'
'I'm stuck in this goddam one-way system again. How do I get out?'
'But I told you before! Weren't you listening?'
'Ok, ok...Listen, I need some more help to get there. I don't know where I got lost....'

2.

{Mobile rings}
'Hello? Maj! Hey! We're all here at MrPedantic's Pizza Parlor. What's keeping you?'
'I'm stuck in a goddam one-way system. Listen, I need some help to get there. I don't know where I got lost....'

(Though probably 'I'm going to need some help...' would be slightly more idiomatic in #2.)
