I read in a 15 year old guide of proper english. The book was from some, New England group of proper grammer, and english. In the pages it said: That realtor should be capitalized, is this right? Can anyone find me the queens take on this?

As far as I know, "Realtor" is American English, so I doubt "the Queen's English" applies here.
When I learnt the word, I was told to always capitalise it.
