Help!

This is a hypothetical scenario: My car battery is dead & i'm seeking help- would it be right to say- could you please help jump-start my car? is there any other way to say this?

Yes, it's fine, but it would be an abbreviated way of saying, "Could you help me to jump-start my car?" (because you would have to be involved - i.e. steering while they push).
