Help

I would recommend this book highly to people who enjoyed Dynamic Yoga and are looking for a more graded approach to learning the asanas.

Why is it learning the asanas here, and not to learn the asanas.

Likewise,

Why say i look forward to meeting you & NOT I look forward to meet you.

Any feedback would be highly appreciated.

Thanks,

Sonia
