While greeting and welcoming each guest with A Smile and proceding with great communication and ability to listen and make matters nesessary to not only follow policy of the resturant proceedings and rules. But being able to be qick to listen slower to retort and relay the given orders and or instructions dilligently coming from the Guest,Managers and Crewmemebers. Communicate well as much as nessasary. Becoming Skilled at Paying close attention to standards of the business and core functioning of the operations. Including FIFO,ETA,Invetory,Systems Grills,Walk-In,Cooler Soda Machine,Sanatary station etc.
