* column pedestrians - an organized group of pedestrians led by a manager or leader(commander Article 12. Column of pedestrians , with the exception of pedestrians under the age of 10 years, can only move the right side of the road.
General principles
* Article 3 1.The participant in the move and other person being on a route are obliged to keep carefulness or where the law requires it - special carefulness, to avoid any action which would cause a security threat or order of the road traffic, to make difficult the movement or in connection with the movement disturb the peace and public order and expose anyone to harm.
Action is interpreted as omission(ceasing) also.
* Article 4 The Participant in the move and another person being on a route have a right to expect that other participants abide by traffic(regulations) rules, unless circumstances are pointing out to the possibility different of keeping them.

Article 5 1. The Participant in the move and other person being on a route are obligated to follow the instructions and signals given by a person directing traffic or persons entitled to inspection of light signals and traffic signs, even if the provisions of the act shows a different behavior than those prescribed by these persons , light signals or traffic signs.
* Article 5 2. Commands and signals given by persons directing traffic or entitled to its control prevail over light signals and traffic signs. * Article 5 3.Traffic lights have priority over traffic signs regulating the right of way.
* Article 6 1.Commands or signals may be given to traffic participant or another person by: - Police Officer, (must be in uniform only outside the built-up area) - Military Police soldier or military authority order, security march or ride a military column, or in case of the share associated with saving lives or possessions; -Officer of the Border Guard in the border zone;

* Article16 5.The driver of chariot(harness vehicle), bicycle, moped, a handcart and a person using a vehicle propelled by an engine are required to move around the side of the road, unless it is not suitable for driving a vehicle or hinder the movement of pedestrian traffic.

Merging in traffic * Article17. 1.(Merging with traffic)Turning to the motion occurs when starting or stopping driving after stopping not due to conditions or rules of the road, and at driving:

2. Driver, merging with traffic, is obliged to take special caution and to give way to other vehicle or the participant in the move.

* Article18. 1 Driver, approaching a marked bus stop (trolleybus) on the built-up area, is obliged to reduce the speed, and if necessary to stop oneself in order to enable the driver bus (by trolleybus) merging with traffic, if driver of such a vehicle is signalling with indicator intention of the change of a traffic lane or driving from the bay to the road.
2. Driving bus ( trolleybus) which is being talked about in paragraph. 1, may enter the adjacent traffic lane or to the roadway only after making sure that it will not cause the security threat of the road traffic.
* Bus stops outside the built-up area.
* Article 18a. 1.Driver, when approaching the school bus stopping place, is obliged to:
- reduce the speed, and if necessary to stop in order to enable the driver of this bus entry to the roadway or a neighbouring traffic lane, provided he is signalling his intention to execute such a manoeuvre.
2. Driving the school bus in the situation which is being talked about(refered to) in paragraph. 1, may to drive on/to a neighbouring traffic lane or the roadway only after making sure that it will not cause the security threat of the road traffic.
