Hello! Tom, what’s up. Help me please.

Dear Teachers

When someone takes a phone call to me, I answer the phone.

Me: Hello!

Sb: Hello! Jacky.

Then I answer like below: I mean I want ask him the purpose calling me.

1. Me: Tom, what is your business.

2. Me: Tom, what’s up

3. Me: Tom, what do you want?

4. Me: what do you call me for?

Which replies are possible? Or help me make some.
