TOPIC: Some people say that it is possible for a country to be both economically successful and have a clean environment. Others disagree. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Nowadays, there is a controversial idea that a country can not have both success in economy and environmental protection. While some people agree with this idea, i totally disagree because i believe everything can be done with consciousness and effort.

Economical success can not go with clean environment in the same country. First and foremost, it is undeniable that as a result of technological development, environmental problems have been rising at a serious level. For example, industries have caused poisonous water and air pollutant as the way they release industrial rubbish, waste water as well as exhausted emission. In addition, governments focus on economical success, which means rare money would be spent on protecting and improving environment.

Meanwhile, another idea has been raised that a country can be both economically successful and have environmental protection. First, governments and authorities can raise the manufactures and industries managerments awareness of protecting natural sources by passing laws or giving them punishments. If they can invest in developing products, technology and economy, they will be able to build specialized techonology systems used to preserve environment. Moreover, individual citizens in a country can be propagated to make great effort to improve their nature. Thus, environmental organizations and charities could be created to make the nature better and clean.

In conclusion, while many people agree that it is impossible for a country to protect environment when developing economy, others think it is possible as several reasons. Personally, i believe that a country can be successful in both environmental preservation and economical improvement.
