hello there!

I normally go to bed early. Last night I went to bed very late. so, as a result I was very tired this morning. my colleague said:" you look tired this morning." could I say: I am used to sleeping much longer than I slept last night.

You could and that sentence is perfectly fine, but this sentence sounds more natural: Last night I didn't get as much sleep as I normally do. The sentence you wrote is perfectly okay though but this is more natural and conversational. Hope it helps!
