Hello teachers ,, how are you ?
I have 2 questions about one sentence
" A 6 hours of sleep is exactly what I need"
-Is it right If I said " 6 hours of sleep or I have to put an A in the beginning?
- And it is need or needed ?

It would be needed (past) if you had was (past).
