I am writing to you to formally inform you that your Secretary named ____________ doesn’t have work ethics confidentiality, she was spreading rumor about me, she mentioned to her friend named __________________, that I will be called in your good office due to my late to curfew time. Whether that information, truth or not, it should not be leaked and should be dealt in a formal way and only between with the involve person. I got this information through my very close friend, please allow me to not drag her name in this issue as she is just only concerned about me.
And I would like to take this chance also to explain my side and apologies for being late last Thursday 0, September 2020. I got home three hours late for our curfew due to some important matters that I’ve settled with my very own sister at her place. I decided to came back home even if it was late, I thought it was ok since this was only My 1st ever late for this month of September, I believe my previous months late will not be accumulated and also I had return home to fix my stuff and I can go back to work the coming day and not to miss the bus in the morning.
