Nowadays, some people are under the impression that issues related to the environment are worldwide and part of governments' responsibilities. on the other hand, some people are of the opinion that's the problem should be dealt with by individuals themselves. Personally, I believe the key to this issue lies in cooperation between both people and governments globally.

Having ecological balance without rules which support protecting actions is impossible. Unless acts are supported by law, this subject's rectification is far beyond our reach. Even purchasing environmentally-friendly facilities cannot be possible without the help of each country's government and authorities. Implementing reform in government policies and different approaches to green politics can be done only by governments themselves.

The other parties, on the other hand, believe that people are the ones who can actually make significant differences. No matter how many rules are legislated in order to protect the environment the first line in this project is people.They can limit climates changes by improving their lifestyle. Taking fewer flights, using solar energy as well as energy-efficient electrical appliances, are not related to governments. Furthermore, government's cannot enforce laws on everyone, It's absolutely vital that they need to change their ways too. Therefore the real factors, and in the meantime, the actual saviors are people.

In conclusion, I believe environmental crises are global problems that should be tackled by most people and countrys' governments help. The impact of small changes in individuals' behaviors, along with suitable policies for Earth's environment can be way greater than solitary actions.
