Your introductory paragraph has to state your thesis.
What is your opinion on the topic? Do you think that computers are good or bad for children?
Are you in the "youth" category? If so, how do computers affect you and your friends?
If not, think about children that you know. Are computers good for them?

I'm not going to do your homework for you.

If I had to write this essay, I would start by thinking about the topic, and writing down all the positives and negatives I could think of. Then I would organize them so I could put related ideas together in the essay. If necessary, I would do some research to find facts to support my ideas, or to contradict them. Then I would write the main part of the essay, using paragraphs to group related ideas together, and trying to make each paragraph lead into the next. Once I had the main part of the essay figured out, I would write an introductory paragraph that briefly introduced the main part of the essay, and a concluding paragraph that summed up the whole. Then I would go over the whole thing and edit it it until I was happy with it. I wouldn't write the first and last paragraphs until I had figured out what the middle was going to look like, although I might already have an idea where I was going to go with the whole thing. The point to all this is that you can't write an introduction to the essay until you know what's going to be in it.

One bad thing that computers and the Internet have done is encourage people to cheat, be lazy, and look for the easiest way out of any situation. One good thing that computers have done is make it pretty easy for teachers to enter suspect phrases into a search engine to find out whether their students have stolen work from the Internet.
