HELLO, MAY YOU HELP ON GRAMMAR

Hi,
Can you take a few minutes to tell me which is correct?

Which of these is correct?
[Whether you] Make or miss, it's a good shot.

We saw what limited a roster the team had.
We saw what a limited roster the team had.

He's a good player for a second round pick.
... considering he's a second round pick.

This is as much shots as I've seen him take all year in one game.
