Hello! I want to ask if these two sentences are understandable?

All devices are using the same family firmware, which allows the customers to configure the devices easily themselves. Also customized and OEM/ODM products are developed and produced according to the specific needs of the customer

They are both grammatically correct but the reader would need to know what some of the jargon means e.g. 'OEM/ODM'; 'family firmware' (this is not a term I am familiar with but assume it has something to do with a product given the following sentence).
