Grammar

Hello. Good Night. I wrote a formal letter. May you check the grammar?

Thanks in advance.
the next letter below is leaded to the Council of my city Emotion: smile

Dear Sir,

I'm writing with regard to the Council's recent construction of a duty-free park in this city's side.

Briefly, the problem is that few days ago I parked my car around a bookshop, near the supermarket called "Metro" and i thought it was legal, when i returned I had recieved a parking fine. The no-parking sign is behind a tree and I didn't see it because is hidden. I regard this as a serious problem because I'm who has to pay the fine.

In order to this matter I'm requesting you locate a sign that we be able to see.

If you need to contact me by telephone,...
Thank you for your prompt attention to this.

Yours faithfully,

Yuri

Dear Sir,

I'm writing with regard to the Council's recent construction of a duty-free park in this city's side. (No, you are not writing about this, but about a particular no parking sign.)

Thanks. Now, I know that It's 'receive', in this case received.

For one thing, when I said 'i', It's the other high-lighted word, and I have to be written in majuscule.
