Emotion: crying

I have to make a 7-10 page report on Japanese women civil rights and how it's not enforced. I have to make 3rd person perspective and...I'm having trouble with.

How can I say that " I agree that women in Japan are not treated equal and that the law for equality on both sides of the gender is just a scape goat for politics in Japan which is the majority of men and not women b/c they have a secondary role they live by and is considered an ideal of life for men over in Japan. But Women strength for equality has risen making their status in Japan stronger making it to rise which makes it foolish and selfish in the eyes of Japanese men."

How can I say this in 3rd person perspective.
