For student who has a complaint, you can use the RCC Complaint Book which is located in the Old Admin in the RCC Department.
You can meet us there "RCC Staff" and explain to us your issue/concern and we will help you.
Anyone can use the complaint book. Admin, Academic Staff & specially the students.

I started to edit this, but I discovered it does not make sense. There seems to be a book in which one must imagine complaints are to be written. but it goes on to say where to go (RCC Staff) for help.
