XerxesBut...It's been a long ( time ) since I was last to the movies - I don't think so...Yeah. I'm starting to think that, too. Still, it doesn't sound totally awful to my ear. Google only has eight examples of "since I was last to the", but they all sound fine to me. They are like these:
