hello could someone correct my mistakes in my cover letter ?

hello, i want to do an internship abroad via an association and one of the necessary papers is a cover letter in english !
So i've written one and now I'd really like my mistakes to be corrected ... could you help me please?

Dear Sir or Madam:

This year, I have completed my Master in foreign applied languages and am now very motivated about doing an internship abroad. I would like to do it especially in an English speaking country as it will be a good opportunity to improve my English and prepare myself for career: my desire is to work in an international environment.

As part of my studies, I have already completed two internship periods. Out of my interest in international trade, in 2004, I completed the first at xxx, where I spent 3 months in the export department and this summer I was at a forwarding agent in order to enhance my knowledge in international transport. An internship in a foreign company will enable me to gain that experience abroad, which is currently lacking in my education.

I have worked within different environments which can prove you my ability to adapt quickly. In addition, I have good interpersonal skills, which enable me to communicate effectively and to work well with others. These skills, combined with my past experiences, make me confident about my ability to complete an internship abroad.
