Hello, can i say " I don't have lessons on Sundays and Saturdays"?

Is it correct to say "I don't have lessons on Sundays and Saturdays?" or "I don't have lessons on Sundays or Saturdays"
in order to express that I have no lessons on weekends.

I am a foreign language learner, and I am eager for your help!
Thank you so much !
