Some people are convinced that outdoor sports are more better metal and physical health for young children’s extension common knowledge then playing games at home. Personally, I completely agree with this point of view.

The main justification is that children who can make more friends and who can study more not only the lessons but also become a good person, for instance children who have a good habit exercise in the morning and they will go swimming on the weekend, and also their friends also have that good habits, who can help children in school as well as in children’s life. More to the point, children who need to spend time to hang out to drink coffee with their friends, that can help them release stressful and they can get more information experience of others to improve their file and soft-skills.

Another factor worth mentioning is that parents who is the best way for their children. Parent who have to spend time to do homework or share emotion together, An other fact to take into account is that some outdoor activities which are able to help parents, who can understand more about their children, for example on the weekend Saturday and Sunday, Parents did not go to work and children did not go to school, Parents who need to spend time to go to the beach, play volleyball, built sand castle, drink coconut or listen to music together or some team sports. Parents who need to encourage their children to learn more subjects or sports if children want.

In short, I completely support the idea that some sports outside which will be better than televisions, smart phones or laptops. Because children play sports which can help them treat a lot of illness such as heart disease, high blood pressure and paticularly depression.
