Hello

Please help me to find out...

My question is

- Is there a difference between "someone's house" and "someone house"?

ex) Daisy's house / Daisy house

- Is "someone house" grammatically correct?

My aunt is going to make a sign of her house for using there as a cafe or a gallery to entertain neighbors. She will put only her name plus the word house onto the sign. Then I stared wondering the question above. I hope that it might be a tiny difference like one sounds nicer than another...

Thank you.
