That's not the same person. All posts submitted by non-members here appear as posted by "Anonymous". We get posts from dozens of different ones every day. "Anonymous" simply means "not identified by name", or "unknown name".

If you are looking for the question version, the first, "Is it true?" is probably the one you want. The second would normally be a statement. However, the second could, under some circumstances, be used as a question also.
