HELLO

i need to write to canada embassy regarding my father in laws case.since he is waiting in turkey he has been diagnosed with cancer and had surgury..complication occured and he lost all his toes on one leg and now the other leg is infected and he has to have another surgury.i want to write to the embassy asking them please have a compassion for this case because he doesnt have much time left.if they could process them faster ,atleast he wont loose more precious time and he will be with his son and daughter in canada at the end.please help me to write this letter .i dont want to sound pushy or like telling them what to do.just help him if they can.
