Hello

Hello ,

Its good joining this network. I have many doubts about English language and will post them gradually. I have 2 doubts as of now.

(1) In this statement ,

I have delayed work beyond this semester.

In this context , "beyond" means - "past" or "outside the limits of"

(2) What does this statement mean?

I am delaying work at the start of this semester.

Does this imply that i will delay the work after semester starts.

I will appreciate your feedback for the above .Thank you.

Ohh sorry I got the (2) statement wrong, it should be (2) I will delay work after the semester starts. (I guess this is the correct sentence)
