"Hell no!" he shouted.

There doesn't need to be a comma after "hell," does there?

Come on, enoon. What purpose could the comma possibly serve?

Besides, even though the expression is an interjection, the word **** seems to be functioning more adverbially than interjectionally.

**** no!
˜ Absolutely not!

As apposed to a **** like this

****, I don't know.

Hi,

I find myself wondering whether or not he paused after the word '****'.
