Height vs Weight

Style manuals don't cover these:

The baby weighed 10 pounds 5 ounces.
Not: The baby weighed 10 pounds, 5 ounces.

a 10-pound 5-ounce baby
Not: a 10-pound-5-ounce baby (too many hyphens??)
Not: a 10-pound, 5-ounce baby (no comma separators between a single unit of measurement, correct?)

a man 6 feet 5 inches tall
Not: a man 6 feet, 5 inches tall (same logic)

a 6-foot 5-inch man
Not: a 6-foot-5-inch man or a 6-foot, 5-inch man
(same logic as above with the 'weight' examples)

How would you personally write each of the four – both forms, including the compound modifiers?

Hi

In the UK we have the Guardian style guide which is good on many things. They have suggestions for weight and height that I think are OK:

- The baby weighed 10lb 5oz

- The man was 6ft 5in
