3a. adjective before noun: a 9-pound, 7-ounce baby
4a. OR: a 9-pound-7-ounce baby (3 hyphens for the compound adjective?)
5a. OR: a 9 pound 7 ounce baby boy (no hyphens or commas at all?)

1b. He stood 6 feet, 2 inches tall. Comma?
