when I read an article written in English or an English book I understand the content throughly. But when it come to write a paragraph I stuck in third or fourth sentence. Why it happens? Why I cann't write a good paragraph in english? Why I cann't find the mistake out in my sentence that seem to me incorret. Lastly how can I improve my writing abilities?

One mistake you have made above is the lack of inversion for questions. You wrote Why I can't write.. It should be Why can't
