Height

Smith is as same as Bob in height.
Smith is the same as Bob in height.
Smith's heigt is the same as Bob's.
Smith is as tall as Bob.
Smith is the same height as Bob.


I think the 5th is childish and wrong from a strict grammatical point of view, although I found this structure a lot on Google.

Am I right?
