Pls explain me the use of phrasal words "come across"............I have read sometimes sentences like 'I come across this site' or 'I come across this book'but I want to know the exact conditions in which 'come across' is used.Is it grammatically correct to use 'to' with 'come across' like 'I came across to this subject' .Pls suggest with some examples.02b02br
