Heavy heart

Today I would have not left myself heavy heart/ not been so heavy at heart, if I would have known the ways to avoid unnecessary expectations from the one who was far away just to make myself happy instead I would have been satisfied if I had tried a bit and made the one who was around me happy.

Today I would have not been so heavy at heart, if only I would have known the ways to avoid unnecessary expectations I have from the one who was far away from me and be sad and instead tried a bit and made happy the one who was around me an get satified.
