Heathen

I looked up the word heathen in dictionary.com and it said 'a person who is not a neither a Jew, Christian, nor Muslim.'

So does that mean I can call a buddhist a heathen?

That was probably the initial meaning of the word, but, in today's multi-religious culture, I wouldn't do that as it would undoubtedly give offense. , a little uncouth or not well civilized. It's frequently used by mothers speaking to their young children who are a bit out of control at the moment.
