Heard this on tv show, what do you think of sentence

I heard the following sentence in a reality tv show. I know that when you speak it sometimes isn’t correct but how would you correctly phrase the following?

The person said mindset but are the other 2 also correct?
People with a different mindset/state of mind/mentality....

How would you correctly grammatically say this?

She’s coming across like she wants to kiss him.

Is this correct or should it be “how foolish you look”?

Do you know how much of a fool you look?
