Heard this on a show

I heard these 2 sentences on a show.

Are they correct?

Is it correct to say “live under the faith”? Or would you rephrase?

If you trust me, we all be living under the faith of Islam.

Is this correct and natural or would you say “so his soul can...”?

Let’s pray for his soul to rest in peace.

Thank you

anonymous If you trust me, we all be living under the faith of Islam. It doesn't sound very natural to me. Besides, 'living under ' suggests some kind of oppression.
