Both should be fine but for colloquial speech, in my opinion, "healthier" sounds better.

101210Hello,
I'm a bit confused about the word 'healthy'. Are 'healthier' and 'more healthy' both the correct form of comparative degree of HEALTHY? If yes, which one is more common in daily talk?
Many thanks~
Anonymousyou cant put a 'iest" to a long wordYou can.
The rule says that if you have a two syllable word ending un "y" you have to change the "y" into "i" and add -er for the comparative and -est for the superlative. Happy = hapier than, the happiest.
