Health vs fitness

Are there any differences between health and fitness. Basically both denote the condition of being well from disease, right?
Thanks in advance!

That's what health indicates, however, you might be healthy but not fit.

My father is healthy, but he is not fit, he gets out of breath after only 2 minutes of running.
