To answer that, I need to know what you mean by "pharaceuticals." Prescription drugs? Medications you can be without a prescription? Herbs and supplements? Vitamins?

(Please don't write "I wanna." We do say it that way, but please, in an English forum, write "I want to" or "I would like to.")

At a "health food store". You won't find prescription drugs. Just vitamins and herbs. (Maybe some cold and flu remedies like NyQuil.)

For pharmaceuticals, one would go to a pharmacy, or a drug store.

Actually, I can't point to very many large grocery stores that don't have a pharmacy now.

But I don't think that trend has made it to Whole Foods, and I know it hasn't at the local Trader Joe's.

Okay GG, I'll be more careful next time.
