Health care service(s)

Hello,

My dictionary says that "service" can be both countable and uncountable. What is then the difference between:

-She had no access to specialist health care service.

- She had no access to a specialist health care service.

- She had no access to specialist health care services.

Thank you!

There is normally no important difference in the meaning that is understood from these, but I think the last one would be much the most usual.
