There are many ways to keep our health . first , we should eat nutrtious food such as eggs , fish , vegetable ,,. Second , we should do exercises morning regularly. Thank to doing bodies exercises every moring , we can lower the level of cholesterol in our bodies and make the organs in our bodies work well . Next , we should help other people in need .
