headline NEED A HELP

Hello! I need Your help english speaking people!:-) i have headline ''Roll up in the Talking Heads" and i have to translate it and explain it,i don't have a newspaper unfortunetly ,only i know is that was in The guardian.plz help :-)

I can't make sense of that. I think you got it wrong to some extent, because "up" would be capitalized in a headline. "Talking Heads" is either the old American art band or a reference to TV presenters.
