Are these some English sayings/idioms or maybe games, or maybe just some phrases which are none of these:

Head 'Em Up, Move 'Em Out: (the text follows) Throw away the clutter on your desk, in your drawers at the office/Throw away all the photos you look rotten in etc.

Order in Your Court: You Be the Judge: (the text follows) Let's see how organized you are. Ask yourself: Is my home in order? etc.

1) most bovines cattle included when trying to lay down, "kneel" on their front legs & drop their HEADS FIRST, then drop their hind end. When rising from laying they raise their back end first, then raise their HEADS LAST. So "head 'em up" could first mean to "get their heads up" &/or "get 'em on their feet".
