Head above Water

Head above Water is a movie title, which I just watched. After watched it, I still don't know what it implies. Thus, I post it here to ask for your help. What does "Head above Water" mean exactly? Thanks.

Another idiom, it means that you have just enough money to keep you going, or "keep you afloat" (another idiom)

Got it.
