He worked hard to pay his debts.

Dear all,

Please see the following sentences and tell me whether they are correct. If incorrect, please correct them.

1) He worked hard to pay his debts.

2) He worked hard to pay back his debts.

3) He worked hard to pay off his debts.

4) He worked hard to repay his debts.

They are all correct. The only one I would not personally use is the one with 'pay back'. The one I would be most likely to use is the one with 'pay off'.
